UTPB held the Lobos to a three-and-out on the first drive of the night, and a trio of big gainers moved the ball down the field. Infiesto ran for 11 yards facing 2nd and 10, Kameron Mathis found Brown for a 13 yard catch on 2nd and 8, and Mathis busted off a 24 yard QB keeper to the Sul ROss 4-yard line. Infiesto needed a pair of carries to cross the goal line for a 1-yard score and put the Falcons ahead. THe UTPB defense stepped up big on the next Lobo offensive possession.
